Whether it was working with college students and young adults for ten years, or as a search professional for the last 20 years, there is nothing as fulfilling to Tony as seeing people do work that they love and at which they succeed. In the end, Tony loves to see people make a contribution to mission, community and organizations. 

​​With nearly 20 years of experience, Mark is focused on conducting senior level executive search assignments nationally for non-profit organizations. Working primarily with senior leaders and board members, Mark is highly effective in finding and placing world class leaders who will change the upward trajectory of mission focused organizations.

For 15 years Rick has been helping organizations find the right fit leaders, Focused on assisting mission driven organizations in critical hiring decisions, he is committed to forging a collaborative process. Rick understands what is required for exceptional leadership alignment. Prior to his work as an Executive Search Consultant, Rick served in leadership roles within non-profit organizations and churches.

Suz is certified and has extensive experience in executive coaching, career coaching and motivational assessments utilizing the System for Identifying Motivates Abilities (SIMA)® tools. It is her desire and passion to help clients understand and optimize their natural strengths, clarify their areas of passion and purpose, and help them integrate this with their belief systems and work/life role.
